What this Plan includes:

  • At home 4 week full body plan with 20 different workouts designed personally by me.

  • 5 workouts to complete each week.

  • 8 lower body workouts increasing in intensity every week.

  • 4 chest & back workouts increasing in intensity every week.

  • 4 arms & shoulder workouts increasing in intensity each week.

  • 4 ab circuits to build core strength.

  • Activation exercise library to choose a circuit for your warm ups.

  • Video library of me demonstrating every exercise and stretch.

  • Full description on how to perform every exercise and stretch with correct form.

  • Use of training systems (eg. superset, pyramid, dropset, giant set) to intensify the workouts as the plan progresses for maximum results.

  • Payment is a one-off fee with no monthly subscriptions or additional charges and gives you lifetime access.

  • For progressive results, repeat the 4 week plan with increasing weight (if possible) to achieve your desired physique.

  • Any queries to be emailed to and answered personally by me.

  • For this plan you will require a weight bench (or chair), dumbbells ranging from at least 5-25lbs, and a short resistance loop band.
