While we all do what we can to take care of ourselves during this challenging time, it is my intention to help you stay healthy, fit, & SAFE. With that intention in mind, I am offering low cost and social-distance options to you should you need me.

My live Zooms are the safest option if you are needing to be held accountable and keep motivated but not yet ready to head back into a gym or studio. Try out a free one on me if ya like!

SMALL GROUP CIRCUITS

Our small group circuits have a max of 5 consistent women who gather together, outside of my shaded & fully equipped gym for some social-distant circuit training. We enjoy each other and a great workout!

PRIVATE/SEMI PRIVATES

Join with me & a friend for a killer workout at my private & fully equipped gym.

SWIM FITNESS SESSIONS

Don't be fooled... this is NOT aqua aerobics. My swim fitness sessions are challenging and super effective. Join me for this 45 min aqua butt kicker.
