As most of you know, I am constantly creating new EASY macro meal recipes. I'm LOVING these protein pancakes, as they take minutes to make, last a solid week in the fridge, and are macro-awesome. Give them a try and tele what you think!
Arbonne Protein Pancakes
1 scoop Arbonne Protein Powder (Vanilla or chocolate)
¼ Cup almond or pea milk.
Small handful blueberries
Amber Coconut Nectar for syrup alternative.
1. Add all the ingredients except the coconut nectar and fresh blueberries into a blender and blend. If too thin, add a scoop of protein powder. If too thick, ad a little almond milk.
2. Place preferred pancakes size of batter on to skillet and cook for min or so. Add fresh blueberries if desired. Flip. After 1st batch is done, rinse and clean skillet real quick so 2nd batch doesn't get blackened on the pancakes. Yuck.
3. Make as many as you like, add coconut nectar and enjoy!
