Step 1 - Blueprint Session
During this one time session, we will uncover what you want, what is holding you back from getting those things, & create a blueprint for realistic longterm success. This means getting a physical baseline & forming a solid plan that you feel confident and excited about.
Step 2 - Diving In
Planning is always fun but true success comes from putting dreams into practice. Together we will set you up each week, with a custom meal plan, workout regimen & wellness homework.
Step 3 - Accountability & Support
We will meet twice a week virtually (or over coffee!) for your weekend prep (step 2) and mid week check in. During your mid week check in, I will hold you accountable for your choices, and support you with any hurdles you've been faced with. We will also make any changes to your nutrition or fitness plan as needed.
